目的：比较吸入麻醉与静脉麻醉对持续输注顺式阿曲库铵肌松效应及术后恢复的影响。方法：选择全麻下手术患者84例，随机分成七氟烷吸入麻醉组（吸入麻醉组）和丙泊酚-瑞芬太尼组（静脉麻醉组），各42例。记录顺式阿曲库铵输注速率、恢复指数及术后恢复情况等指标。结果：与初始输注速率比较，两组持续给药30～180 min 期间顺式阿曲库铵输注速率下降，且吸入麻醉组输注速率显著低于静脉麻醉组；吸入麻醉组患者呼之睁眼时间、呼之握È 时间均较静脉麻醉组所需时间短；吸入麻醉组苏醒延迟发生率均低于静脉麻醉组（2.38%/7.14%），但躁动发生率高于静脉麻醉组（11.90%/2.38%），差异显著。结论：七氟烷吸入麻醉与丙泊酚-瑞芬太尼全凭静脉麻醉均能呈时间依赖式提升顺式阿曲库铵肌松效果，且前者的优于后者，同时吸入麻醉更有利于患者苏醒，但易发生躁动，临床应用中可根据患者情况合理选择。
