Abstract:Objective To investigate the efficacy of Qinggong Zhidai decoction combined with LEEP in the treatment of damp heat injection syndrome of severe cervical erosion and its effect on inflammatory factors. Methods 200 patients with severe cervical erosion damp heat injection syndrome treated in our hospital from July 2020 to March2022 were selected as the research object. The subjects were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group 100 cases. Both groups were treated with LEEP operation. The control group treated with metronidazole file after operation, and the observation group treated with Qinggong Zhidai decoction. Before and after treatment, the levels of inflammatory factors and TCM symptom scores were compared. After treatment, the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the levels of interleukin-1(IL-1), interleukin-2(IL-2), interleukin-6(IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor (TNF) in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group; After treatment, the scores of main symptoms such as abnormal secretion, secondary symptoms such as irritability and total symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. After treatment, the local blood flow perfusion, capillary diameter and microvascular diameter in the observation group were greater than those in the control group. After treatment, the relative expressions of HPV-DNA 16 and HPV-DNA 18 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. At the same time, there was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group. Conclusion Qinggong Zhidai decoction combined with Leep knife has a good effect on severe cervical erosion damp-heat syndrome, which can significantly reduce the level of inflammation, alleviate clinical symptoms, improve local cervical microcirculation, remove HPV, and does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
