Abstract:ObjectiveTo analyze the effects of deep brain stimulation (DBS) combined with madopar on patients with Parkinson's disease (PD).MethodsA total of 62 patients with PD in the hospital were enrolled between January 2020 and June 2022. They were randomly divided into control group (madopar) and observation group (DBS combined with madopar), 31 cases in each group. The clinical curative effect, scores of unified Parkimson's disease rating seale, the 39-item Parkinson's Disease Questionnaire and Montreal cognitive assessment scale, and cost effectiveness ratio were compared.ResultsThe total effective rate of the observation group was 90.32% higher than that of the control group 67.74%. After treatment, scores of UPDRS-I, UPDRS-II and UPDRS-III in observation group were lower than those in control group. After treatment, the scores and total scores of PDQ-39 in all dimensions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the scores and total scores of MoCA in all dimensions were higher than those in the control group. The cost effectiveness ratio of the experimental group is higher than that of the control group.ConclusionThe clinical curative effect of DBS combined with madopar is significant on PD, which can effectively improve quality of life and promote the recovery of cognitive function.
