周伟昌 副教授

个人简介

周伟昌, 男,1983年出生,博士,副教授。2001.9-2005.7 湖南大学应用物理学专业,获学士学位;2005.9-2010.7 湖南大学凝聚态物理专业,获博士学位;2008.9-2009.10 美国亚利桑那州立大学电子工程系联合培养;2016.3-2017.3 爱尔兰都柏林圣三一学院纳米结构和纳米器件研究中心访问学者;2010.7-至今 金宝搏官方188物理与电子科学学院,副教授。

主要研究方向:

1、新型光子学材料:钙钛矿量子点、半导体纳米线、二维层状半导体晶体。

2、微纳光子学器件:光泵激光器、纳米线光波导、光探测器、发光二极管。
