Abstract：Abstract: Cellular senescence is an irreversible state of cell cycle arrest, and is an important part of aging mechanism, anti-aging and anti-cancer research. However, the senescence models and detection indicators applied in related studies are different, and there is no unified standard. Herein, some methods for establishing cellular senescence models are discussed, some general and specific markers for senescence identification are listed, and their selection strategies are summarized, which may provide help to the related research.
