Abstract：Abstract: Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are a large class of RNA transcriptions that do not encode proteins or encode micropeptides. Studies have shown that lncRNAs regulate the expression of genes at epigenetic, transcriptional and post-transcriptional levels through different mechanisms of action, and their functional abnormalities are closely related to the occurrence and development of various diseases. Understanding their action mechanisms is conducive to the further analysis of their biological functions, and provides ideas for their research. In addition, the problems in lncRNA research are worth exploring.
