Abstract:Abstract: The sequence of miR-381-3p was analyzed by bioinformatics method, and its target genes were predicted and used for protein interaction, functional and signaling pathway enrichment analyses. It was found that the mature sequence of miR-381-3p was highly conservative among various species. Protein interaction analysis showed that there was a complex interaction between the proteins encoded by the predicted miR-381-3p target genes, and those encoded by the target genes BTBD1, NUP160, STX16 played a key role in the interaction network. Gene ontology (GO) analysis found that miR-381-3p target genes were involved in biological processes such as cellular process, biological regulation and cellular macromolecule metabolism. The Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) pathway analysis demonstrated that the gene set mostly located in mTOR, p53, MAPK and Wnt signaling pathways. The results showed that the target genes of miR-381-3p widely participated in multiple important biological processes, and this provides clues for subsequent experimental study.
