Abstract:Abstract: Innate lymphoid cells (ILCs) have been researched extensively in recent years. It is now clear that ILCs populate almost every tissue and have important roles. Lymphoid tissue-inducer cell and other newly found ILC3 subgroups, which are distributed mainly in the intestinal lamina propria, proved to play important roles in defense against infectious intestinal diseases, maintaining tissue homeostasis and regulating autoimmune diseases. These further indicate the importance of ILCs.
