Abstract：Abstract: With the rapid development of the cellular electrophysiology, the patch clamp technique has already become the most important methodology in the research of ionic channels. It is widely used in the fields of cytobiology, molecular biology, pathology, pharmacology, medical science and so on. Application of the patch clamp technique has brought a great revolution in neuroscience.
