Abstract:Abstract: Ubiquitin-specific protease 10 (USP10) is an important member of the deubiquitinating enzyme family. Recent studies have found that USP10 is involved in the regulation of cellular biological processes, such as cell proliferation, apoptosis, DNA damage repair, and inflammation response. Furthermore, USP10 plays significant roles in the development of multiple tumors. Here, the molecular function of USP10 and its research progress in tumorigensis were reviewed, which would discover some key molecular mechanisms that are associated with USP10, and provide diagnostic and therapeutic ideas for tumors.
