Abstract:Abstract: FBXO39 is a member of the F-box protein family, and studies have shown that the protein is a newly identified cancer-testis antigen and closely related to tumorigenesis. In order to understand the biological function of FBXO39 gene, the expression level of FBXO39 in different tumor cell lines were detected and the recombinant eukaryotic expression vector was constructed. Then high throughput PCR array was performed to study the connection between FBXO39 and metabolism-related genes in MCF7 cells (low expression of FBXO39). And the selected genes were further verified in Ntera2 cells (low expression of FBXO39). The results showed that the expression of six selected metabolism-related genes (ALDH9A1, MCT1, DLAT, HMGCS, FASN, GLUL) was positive related to that of FBXO39 gene, which indicated that FBXO39 gene may play an important role in tumor metabolism.
