Abstract:Abstract: The vitellin was purified from eggs of the Pardosa pseudoannulata using distilled water precipitation, sephadex gel filtration and gel electrophoresis. The crude yolk protein was obtained by precipitating with distilled water. The crude york protein was purified by Sephacryl S-300 High Resolution 26/60 Hiprep gel filtration. Its properties were also analyzed using polyacrylamide gel dlectrophoresis and different dyeing methods. The results indicated that the vitellin of Pardosa pseudoannulata was a kind of protein containing sugar and fat, and such a protein mocule consists of two subunits with the relative molecular mass of 80.1 kD and 57.4 kD.
